How do I reserve a limousine?

Simply call Affordable MBEG Limo offices with a credit card number or fill out the online reservation form to have a reservation specialist contact you. Reservations require a deposit to hold the vehicle. The deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If you would like to pay by check, we still need a credit card number to hold your reservation. All payments must be received ten (10) days prior to your event.


How do I know what size limousine best fits my needs?

Limouines are rated by the number of passengers they are allowed to hold. Affordable MBEG Limousine Service has a wide range of options.

  • Sedans (2-3 passengers)
  • Stretch Limousines (up to 6 passengers)
  • Super Stretch Limos (up to 14 passengers)
  • SUVs (up to 6 passengers)
  • Passenger Vans (up to 14 people)
  • Super Stretch SUVs (14-26 passengers)
  • Mini Buses (up to 14 people)
  • Motorcoaches (32-60 passengers)

For the best comfort for your event you should subtract two (2) from the above numbers (except for sedans). If you are booking airport transportation, please be aware of the amount of luggage your party has. For example, if you have eight (8) people going to DFW Airport with a lot of luggage, you would want to consider using the 14 passenger SUV or our 14 passenger van for the most comfort.


Can I pay cash for the trip?

Cash is always accepted; however, we still need to have a credit card on file to hold the reservation.


What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled reservation. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand. NO REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged full fare.


How far in advance should I book my Prom?

Prom season is very short and there is usually more than one school having a prom on the same weekend, so as soon as you know the date of your prom you will want to book your limousine. Limousines for proms are historically completely booked by the beginning of March.

MBEG Limos offers a variety of packages to suit any occasion for which you would want to rent a limo. For the most part, our limo service includes a wet bar, TV/DVD player, CD-stereo player, and privacy windows. We offer affordable and reliable limousine service in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We serve 56 communities around the Dallas/Fort Worth area for your convenience. What vehicles do you offer for hire?

We have a large fleet of everything from Lincoln Town Car sedans, stretch limousines, vans, Hummers, buses, and stretch SUVs. We can accommodate just about any sized party. All we need is a headcount of how many people you need to transport for your event, and we can make it happen.

Do you provide child safety seats for your vehicles?

While our vehicles do not typically come with child safety seats, our staff can assist you in arranging for a child safety seat to be available on the date of your reservation. Make sure you inform us at the time you book your limo for your event so we can make the appropriate accommodations for you.

Do I have to pay with the credit card provided during reservation set up?

When you call to reserve one of our limousines, you are required to have a credit card on file. In order to hold your reservation, you must pay a deposit for your limousine. All payments must be received in full at least ten days prior to your event. Even if you are going to pay by check, a credit card is required during the reservation process. With a credit card, we can ensure we have availability for your reservation for the date you have requested.

Do all weddings have to be booked as charters?

We aim to make your day as easy and stress-free as possible. When you book one of our limousines, you get to turn all driving responsibility over to our trained professional chauffeurs. If you have questions about booking a limousine for your wedding not as a charter, we ask that you call our office.

Party Buses

How do I book the party bus?

We have five party buses available, each different in its size and amenities. Booking our party bus is the same as booking one of our other vehicles. You fill out our online reservation form and speak to our reservation specialist. They will be able to provide you with a quote and take down your credit card information to reserve your event date. You must make the full payment for the party bus within ten days of your event. 

Do we get a discount if we book more than one event?

Discounts heavily depend on the availability of vehicles, the size of the party, and how many events you are booking. We are always open to discussing our rates with you. Give our office a call, and we can talk about your specific needs and how we can accommodate your party within your budget.

When do my charges begin and end when renting a limousine?

The charges begin when you reserve your limousine. We require that you have a credit card on file with us and pay a deposit in order to rent one of our limousines. The full payment is due ten days before the date of your event. Tipping your driver is customary but not required on the day of the limousine rental. Extra charges may apply depending on the event, how many stops you require, and any special requests you may have. We are happy to provide you with a personalized quote so you can expect how much your rental will cost.
